Our fine whole sea salt is born in the pristine environment of the Margherita di Savoia salt pans, where seawater, wind and sun have worked together for centuries. Here, through the natural cycle of evaporation and crystallisation, the salt “blooms” and is then harvested, washed and packaged without any processing or refinement, preserving all of its natural organoleptic properties.

Fine whole sea salt 500 g
Thyme
Oregano
Rosemary
Preparation:
Mix the salt with the aromatic herbs.
Spread it on a tray and let it dry for one day.
Transfer it into glass jars: it keeps perfectly and has no expiration.
