Our pesto is prepared strictly following the original recipe. We use only authentic ingredients such as fresh Genoese basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano, and PDO Pecorino cheese. Every jar contains the spirit of Liguria, bringing the true taste of Genoese pesto to your table, just as tradition intended.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C and 4°C.
The shelf life is 28 days from the production date, provided it is kept constantly refrigerated.
For a perfectly creamy texture, dilute the pesto with a spoonful of the pasta cooking water. In the Genoese tradition, it is served with potatoes and green beans for an authentic, flavour-rich dish.
If used with pasta, use at least 30 grams of pesto per serving for an intense flavour.
