Caprese salad with pesto | Pesto песто ™
Ingredients:

- 250g of fresh, ripe cherry tomatoes
- 250g of buffalo mozzarella or high-quality fior di latte
- 60g of Pesto песто ™
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
Preparation:
- Ingredient Preparation (2 minutes): Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and dry them carefully. Drain the mozzarella well from its liquid.
- Perfect Slicing (3 minutes): Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, keeping a uniform thickness of about 2 cm.
- Seasoning (2 minutes): Arrange the slices of tomato and mozzarella alternately on a serving plate. Lightly season the tomatoes with a pinch of sea salt and drizzle everything with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
- Final Touch (3 minutes): Add the Pesto песто ™, distributing it in drops or spreading it gently.
