How to enjoy it at its best
For the perfect experience, we recommend these simple steps:
Oven heating: preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the focaccia for 3–4 minutes.
Before heating: lightly brush the surface with extra virgin olive oil and add a pinch of salt or brine to enhance the original flavor.
Fill it as you like: perfect with mozzarella, our Genoese Pesto, or for the adventurous—or true Genoese—dipped into your morning cappuccino!
