Black truffle sauce is a traditional product from Norcia, the heart of Umbrian culinary heritage. It is a condiment made with prized black truffles or scorzone (summer truffles), extremely versatile and suitable for dozens of different dishes.

Black truffle sauce is excellent used as it is, whether on crostini and bruschetta or in pasta dishes. At the same time, it can be worked into more elaborate recipes: for simpler preparations, it pairs perfectly with toasted bread, while in more complex dishes it can be gently warmed in a pan or mixed with other ingredients such as butter, cream, or oil.
Currently, the truffle sauce is available in an 80 g jar (ideal for 2–4 servings).
