Trofie are a traditional type of fresh pasta from Liguria, characterized by their elongated, twisted shape. Perfect to serve with Genovese pesto, they are ideal for traditional dishes full of flavor and authenticity. Packaged in 400 g bags, suitable for 4–5 servings.
From the Pastificio Artigianale Alta Valle Scrivia come the Croxetti. This is a niche pasta shape, certainly less known outside Liguria. It is an ancient type of pasta that began to gain value and fame when noble families started “stamping” their family crests onto the pasta. Today, there are various custom stamps and special tools that make Croxetti unique and one of a kind.
