Fresh trofie – Italian pasta

Our fresh trofie are a traditional pasta shape from Liguria, made exclusively with high-quality Italian grains: type 00 soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, and water. The surface is lightly dusted with rice flour to ensure perfect texture and easy cooking.

Perfect for enhancing the flavor of Genovese pesto or other traditional sauces, trofie cook in just 3 minutes, preserving all their freshness and tenderness.

Packaged in 400 g trays in a protective atmosphere (about 4 servings), they ensure optimal preservation. We recommend consuming the product within 2 days after opening to maintain its taste and quality.
