Perishable Products
Our fresh and artisanal products are prepared, packaged, and shipped with utmost care to ensure quality and freshness. Due to their highly perishable nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons of taste, personal preference, or change of mind.
Returns or refunds are accepted exclusively in the following cases:
- Product different from the order.
- Product damaged or altered during transport.
- Product with clear signs of non-conformity to the description or non-compliant expiration date.
In these cases, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, providing a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. After due verification, we will proceed with replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Products
For non-fresh products (shelf-stable or long-lasting packaging), returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is intact and the product has not been opened or damaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless due to our error or defective product.
Refund Process
Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Cash refunds are not issued.
Exceptions
The following cannot be refunded or replaced:
- Fresh or refrigerated products delivered correctly.
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased on promotion or with special discounts, except for defects or shipping errors.
